Our logistics services are designed to meet the unique needs of clinical trials, providing transportation, storage, and management of trial-related items to ensure efficient and compliant trial operations.

Import & Export Services

We ship products nationally and internationally based on clients’ requirements with greater convenience, accessibility, and flexibility in clinical trials, while also managing import and export permits on their behalf and acting as the importer or exporter of record (IOR/EOR) when required.

Distribution

Our distribution services are designed to ensure that your clinical trial materials are shipped in temperature-controlled conditions which are monitored end to end. We can also organise all required distribution permits for you.

All shipments will be fitted with GPS tracking, allowing for thorough tracing along their entire route.

Direct-to-Patient

The IMP can be shipped directly from our storage warehouse to align with a scheduled home visit. Alternatively, if suitable, it can be shipped and reconstituted by a nurse at the patient’s home.
